Is it safe to order from your online store?

What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As orders are placed online, they are sent through to the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.
Realization cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
Lost/Missing Packages
Crescent City Learning Material (CCLM) is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility for the original order shipment that was made for you at no charge.
